The dough divider produces dough pieces of a given mass. After preliminary proofing, the dough is fed to a raskatochnaya machine. She rolls it in two directions to produce dough pieces. After final proofing, billets are served for baking in the tunnel oven. Finished products after cooling on a multi-tiered or spiral conveyor are sent to the packaging.
