Automatic line for Armenian lavash (flatbread) production AL-130
In 2011 a team of our company has developed and started
manufacturing the new model of automatic line for Armenian lavash
As a worthy continuation of the AL-series lines it has replaced the most popular at that time line - AL-90. The main distinguished feature of the line AL-130 is the ability to produce a dough sheet with a smaller thickness.
The structure of dough differs from the structure of dough produced at previous models of such equipment.The fact of the matter is that these models were intended for the production of lavash sold in trading networks in many cities exactly as bread. An attempt to turn a roll with filling ended up by tearing of lavash in one direction. It was connected directly with the dough rolling technology. On AL-130 stretching and rolling is made in different directions. So the quality of lavash is the same as of produced traditionally in tandir. That's why Al-130 is a perfect solution both for trading networks and for producers of different rolls such as shawarma. Besides, the line can produce long lavash called wheat roll.
We have come to this taking into account all wishes of many lavash manufacturers and achieved getting the product of excellent quality.
This line is noteworthy both because of high quality of lavash and reliability and excellent quality of the equipment itself.
Technological process done by automatic line for lavash production - from the forming machine to packaging - is fully automated. The equipment allows continuous working.
The line AL-130 has 3 modifications: AL-130, AL-130T, AL-130CT.
On AL-130 lavash is produced in a one row, on АL-130Т - in two rows. Besides, length of the oven and hearth's motion speed in AL-130T are increased what provides significantly higher capacity.
The last modification of the line АL-130СТ is distinguished by length of baking chamber which is two and half times as increased in comparison with previous model. Here the capacity is twice as higher.
