This automatic transfer line is intended for production of classical straws.

- the forming car with a soda bathroom, the device of topping and the knife mechanism;
- the furnace is tunnel;
- rotary conveyor;
- the cooling conveyor.
The forming car makes test plaits of the set diameter. Plaits are passed through a bathtub with the warmed-up soda solution. If necessary topping is made by loose ingredients (salt, sugar, poppy, to seza, etc.). The knife device installed at the exit from the forming car cuts off test preparations of the set length. The straws are baked in the tunnel furnace and after cooling on the conveyor move on packing.
