Are a part of the line:
- a rolling pin with the test;
- needle drums;
- knife mechanism;
- the conveyor for removal of scraps;
- the stacker on baking sheets.
The test tape is formed by a roll extruder and calibrated to the set thickness. Further there is a formation of round test preparations by means of the cutting drum. Ready test preparations automatically keep within on baking sheets.
The test tape can be not created by an extruder, and moves from the rolling pin established in special arms. Further technological process is similar to process of work with shortcake dough.
