Production line for puff pastry
This automatic line is designed for producing confectionery puff pastry.

The line consists of:
- laminating line with an extruder fat;
- forming line;
- tunnel furnace;
- conveyor system for cooling and packaging.
The dough is fed from the kneading machine into a hopper of the extruder line lamination. The extruder produces a dough sheet on which fat extruder puts fat layer to obtain the characteristic structure of the dough. Coating and folding assemblies provide a predetermined number of layers. Calibrator output line provides a predetermined lamination thickness of the test tape.
The dough sheet puff pastry served on a molding line. Feeding can be either a lamination line and a rolling machine. In the molding line using multiple interchangeable components occurs manufacture workpieces of various confectionery products. The blanks are fed into the tunnel oven for baking, then cooled and fed to the packaging.
